Here are some more free samples. The time change really threw off my body's clock, and I've felt like crap the last couple of weeks. I think I'm finally getting adjusted to it, so hopefully I'll keep more up to date on things...like this blog.

Shitty is in the eye of the beholder
And now, we come to the "I have a bitch to share" portion of our program...
I see a post somewhere with the poster bragging about getting their artwork on another (yeah, I said "another") book cover. So, I take a look at the artwork, and my only thought is: "Seriously...someone actually paid you for this shit?"
I know they say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and when it comes to art, what appeals to one person doesn't always appeal to someone else. But in all honesty, a pile of dogshit is a pile of dogshit...no matter where your artistic tastes may run. So, my question is simply:
How do I get in on this?
I know my artwork isn't Boris-level quality, but I can tell that it's a hell of a lot better than some of the snot out there that people are getting paid for. I see sub-standard artists getting paid all the time (seriously, go look at some of the stuff on Deviantart that people are paying for), and I can't even get so much as a whiff of a commission.
I'd like a piece of that shitty artwork commission pie.

On a personal note - I fucking hate this time change shit. That bit about "well, you'll get the hour back in the fall"...bullshit. You don't ever get that fucking hour back. You may think you're getting back when you set your clock back an hour, but your body never gets it back. Fucking daylight savings time.
